every time I called up there nobody will answer the phone and people that came after me they have already got help but I'm still waiting and plus I had to go ...

I was referred to them for utility assistance. I was told rather bluntly no funds available.

Called over 4 times today no answer not understand how yall suppose to help but not picking up the phone.
